How to book 1-2-1 coaching with me.

First select and pay for a 1 hour session,

Once I have received a notification of purchase, I will email you directly and arrange a date and time convenient to us both. Then I will send you a zoom link where you can log into the agreed session portal.

Before the 1-2-1 session, we will discuss via email, what areas you want to explore and learn.

1-2-1’s vary in levels, ranging from “how to get great shine” “shelling & capping” “formulating recipes” “food safety” “HACCP plans” “labelling and temperature controls” “discussing your current set-up to achieve higher volumes”

All my 1-2-1 coaching is done as a private closed session and is 1-2-1 only, not group chats.

In all the years that I have been coaching teams and chefs Academy's, I have found that 1-2-1’s are by far the best way for novices and beginners, to get all the information they need and have the opportunity to ask the questions they are afraid to ask in large Group learning. The focus is totally on you & what you want to learn.

1-2-1’s with me will benefit you, I’ll explain using the equipment you use, using the facility you have and the tools you use.
