-How to use each type of i Shud KoKo®, A, B, C, D and what to look for when tempering them and what temperature to best use them at.
-Mould preparation prior to applying coloured cocoa butter
-Trouble shooting what went wrong, didnt release? cocoa butter left in the mould?
-15 minutes of Q&A at the end to clear up any myths or misconceptions
-the class will have a full PDF emailed to you after the course has finished, outlining all the temperatures and points raised during the class
